Travel To Malaysia

Travel to Malaysia is a remarkable choice whether you are going for business or pleasure. Alongside manufacturing, tourism is a major contributor to the country's economy. This country is a melting pot of religions, cultures, and cuisines and it is the best starting point for any trip to Asia. The Malay Peninsula is captivating and the mosques, vibrant markets, and exotic gardens are a must-see. If the traveler is into shopping, there are many bargains to be found at the markets of Little India. Some highlights will be relaxing on the pristine beaches of the Perhentian Islands and golfing in what is called "Golf Paradise". There are over 200 courses and you can play by the sea or enjoy a round in the cool hills.

If traveling on business, a person will notice how the country has embraced technology. Two of the world's tallest skyscrapers are located here along with a huge cyber center for computer business. Malaysia has one of Southeast Asia's most vibrant old ports in Georgetown and in the capital city, Kuala Lumpur, new building projects abound. Even with the advanced technology and new construction areas, Malaysia still has some of the world's most remote jungles in Sabah and Sarawak. The attractions to visit during travel to Malaysia are much too numerous to mention. A person can enjoy everything from exotic tropical gardens to the brilliant skyscrapers that decorate the skyline. This country has one of the richest marine environments in the Indo-Pacific basin. Packed full of rich history mixed with thriving modernism, Malaysia offers something for everyone. With its tropical climate year round, when anyone will travel to Malaysia, they simply cannot go wrong. "The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork." (Psalm 19:1)

This country was a difficult place to travel to when the tsunami struck Southeast Asia. The tsunami caused moderate to extensive damage in the country's northern regions, especially the island of Penang. Fortunately, Sumatra shielded much of the nation from the impact of the waves. Despite the damage, the natural beauty of the country is still prevalent. Travel to Malaysia reveals the beautiful natural trees and forests, which cover almost three quarters of the land, an area equal in size to the United Kingdom. A continuous canopy of green cover continues for hundreds of miles and yields an abundance of plant and animal species like no other place in the world.
