6. 20-minute walk makes the difference: Walking is a great way to burn calories. Walking for 20 minutes before dinner can even reduce your appetite and increase the feeling of fullness the same way a light meal does.

7. Fulfill your prophecies: You might have heard of self-fulfilling prophecies. It?s also effective for your weight loss goals. Focus on positive thoughts with that can-do attitude. Think of phrases like ?I can lose weight?, ?I can exercise more?, or ?I can resist tempting desserts? then repeat them to yourself all day like a mantra. Soon, you?ll be fulfilling your prophecies.
