I really love these chairs. Everything about having one has been awesome for me. The buying experience was great; great service from a website called officedesigns.com. I talked to the nicest salesperson who knew what they were talking about. I hate those massage chairs that are a waste because they actually hurt when they massage you, but not this one. I felt like I was actually getting tension removed from my muscles.
