Exhale while straightening your arms and inhale on the way down. Perform 3 sets of 6 to 12 repetitions when you do this exercise. If you do decline pushups or incline bench presses a couple times a week, say bye bye to man boobs.
Extra Bonus: Stay away from chest exercises that focus on the lower chest such as normal bench presses or pushups. These exercises will make your man boobs appear larger.
