Most people ask me why they are not losing weight. They usually do some things right but for the most part, they generally do some mistakes that slow or stop their progress in losing weight.

Let me share with you 7 things to lose weight as quick as possible.

1) Cut the amount of calories you eat: A lot of people have the belief that if they eat healthier food, that they can eat limitless amount of calories. Here's the shocking truth. If you want to lose weight, you need to be aware that weight loss is simple math. Burn more calories that you eat.

2) Muscle strengthening: Muscle strengthening is crucial for weight loss. By exercising with weight you will bring your metabolism up. Meaning that, when you are lying on a couch or sitting down your body will be burning more calories without you doing nothing.

3) Cut down the carbs: What are carbs? Carbs are food like rice, potatoes, pasta, bread and cookies to name a few. When you want to lose weight fast it's a good idea to reduce the amount of carbs you eat in a day. Try to eat your carbs before noon, you'll see faster weight loss with this technique.

4) Do your exercise in the morning: Exercising in the morning is very beneficial. It help produce powerful hormones that help burn fat and tone the body. Try to do your cardio on empty stomach. You will start using your fat reserve faster.

5) Drink 8 to 12 cups of water a day: Water as many benefits. It is essential for weight loss and help to flush out dangerous toxins. It also as no calories, so instead of drinking fruit juice or pepsi, drink water. You should aim for at least 8 to 12 cups a day.

6) Train with some friends: The people your surround with have a big influence on your weight loss. By training with like minded people you will put the odds in your favors. You will be able to encourage each others to attain the desired goal faster than by yourself... if you choose friends that are positive and have the same goal as you.

7) Have a role model: Find a physique that you would like to have in a magazine of your choice. Then cut it out and place the images in a place that you will see the picture often. This will help you to focus on your fat loss goal.
