Proverbs 14:1 tells us, "Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands" (Proverbs 14:1). God expects every believer to be a good steward of what He has given us. He doesn't excuse us on the basis of gender or any other trait. He asks us to consult Him, and this is true for any woman applying for a government business loan for women.
