Search Engine Submission Companies

Using one of the many search engine submission companies available either for a fee or as a free service is for those of the impatient mindset. The term search engine submission means getting the search engines that use crawling or spidering to recognize new websites or changes in an old site to recognize the site much faster than the crawling method would do. It is a fact that every major website on the planet will eventually pick a new website up and place it in their own index, but the process may take several months before it occurs. since impatience or a business start-up or an emergency may be one of the underlying reasons for using one of the free website submission companies or a company that charges a fee for services rendered.

In reality, search engine submission companies may have seen their better days behind them. In the past, webmasters have submitted either an entire website to an investigative engine using a sitemap to help the engine navigate through the entire web site or recently, just the first page was submitted and the free website submission service or the fee based services allowed the search engine to crawl or spider through the rest of the website on its own. Since most companies want to be ranked on the first page of any search( to be in the top ten), webmasters use what is known as search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure high ranking in any search. Things such as keywordsand the structure of the web pages all go into the process of gaining a high ranking on any topic hunt. Some experts have even suggested that using a submission service could violate the terms of service for some investigative engines, which could actually trigger a lawsuit! So before making the plunge and indulging some overheated impatience, be sure to read the fine print.

If and once a free website submission company has been chosen, sucess will depend from company to company as to how many engine submissions will be gained from the free service. Remember that the whole reason for offering free stuff is to get the user to buy the real good stuff. Reality says that the free service may only get into fifteen or twenty of the major investigative engines, but there are thousands on the Internet. The price for getting submission on hundreds of engines may be as little as a onetime fee of fifty dollars or so. Some search engine submission companies may also include helps on how to make a website more attractive to the engines in order to gain a higher ranking.

Some of the fee based search engine submission companies offer a monthly submission for a yearly subscription price. Other services offer a monthly check on how the hits are happening and from what sector. Some offer opportunities to buy keyword investigative programs to help upgrade the website to a more engine friendly site. If just left to the web crawling of the major engines, some estimate that finally being recognized could take a couple of months. Sounds a bit like the length of time some have waited to be picked for a dodge ball game at school. But many companies offer a twenty four hour or two business days wait at most for arrival at the big show.

For those suffering from a terminal case of overheated impatience, there is the pay-per-click option for search engine optimization. A site owner or webmaster can bid on how much he/she would be willing to pay for hits on keywords within their particular site. Then, only if the searcher actually goes to a site does the owner or sponsor of the website have to pay. Be careful! One Ohio church decided to do a pay per click and ended up owing ten thousand dollars for one month of hits! "Unless the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain." (Psalm 127:1)

Why would a company use a free website submission company or a fee based service? Suppose for example that a key person of an organization or a company dies and suddenly the need for holding the hands of stock holder or donators is of absolute necessity? A change in the website could provide either instant relief or panic if the changes in the information of the site disable the moneyed from gaining access. Search engine submission companies could immediately resubmit the website to the massive search engines and within a few hours the remodeled site is back in business. Another example might be the two business partners that suddenly have a falling out and one runs to the next corner to begin a new startup. The only way to get a new website up and going within a few days is to employ one of the submission companies that can run alongside the old partner's web business ranking on each investigative engine.

It's kind of a graphic picture that computer people use to describe the how a search engine crawls all over a submitted website and spiders out in all directions, getting to know it and the contents of the site's pages. God has already done that to each of the world's inhabitants. His search has brought a verdict of guilty to each of us, and we are all bound for eternal separation from Him, unless God does something about our condition. Actually, He has already done the only He could for our condition, and that is to pay for our sin by His death on a cross. If a person humbly takes that death as a personal payment for all sin, God can crawl all over him/her with all intent of finding just a single imperfection, and only find perfection. What a glorious way to die!
