Vitamins for skin whitening and healthy skin

Whitening is the biggest secret of women’s skin. There is a wide range of anti-aging and anti-wrinkles cosmetics (such as: acid, salicylic acid, A acid, fish protein, grapes etc. ...). But vitamin still occupies a very important position in the skin whitening of modern people.

Vitamin A, C and E have the best effect for a beautiful skin whitening and health.

Vitamin A:
Vitamin A is very rich in the green vegetables and fruits, offal, liver, egg yolks, margarine, milk and cod liver oil. However, vitamin A can play the role only after conversion in human body. Vitamin E is fat-soluble, If the amount of long-term use over security, it will lead to negative effects, such as phlebitis and pulmonary embolism and high blood fat, so it must be carefully taked.

Vitamin C:
While the whitening effect of vitamin C is mainly based on anti-inflammatory effect, as it can prevent sunburn and avoid excessive anti-inflammatory effect, and as it can prevent sunburn and avoid the after-effects of excessive sunshine. Because vitamin C involved the synthesis of protein and mucopolysaccharide , it can also promote wound healing. If you lack of it ,it will affect the function of connective tissue, to vulnerable to be invaded by free radicals (Free radical) and cause degeneration . While Vitamin C is the important antioxidants to fix the damage. Therefore, it is recently applied to a wide range of anti-aging and sun damage repairing.

Summarize:
Three kinds of vitamins have the similar functions, and they play a role of complementarity. Because these vitamins were all good antioxidants, and they can remove the harmful free radicals formed by inappropriate acne. So in nature they can keep you healthy and white skin.
