In theory and in practice,Yoga is one of the most effective healing systems. It is a practice of making you aware of your own body and it's not just an exercise but a journey to find peace self-realization. Yoga combines several different breathing exercises with meditation. Performing different postures or a spiritual activity of getting free from worldly worries and sufferings, Yoga sees mind body and soul as one and creates a connection between them.These yoga exercises can be practiced by anyone, regardless of caste, age, creed, color or religion.

Yoga is a form of exercise which incorporates your mind , soul and body. Through yoga ,We can remain calm and improves our inner parts. Yoga is also a form of meditation which helps a person develop his concentration skills. Empty your mind of all thoughts and let your mind ,then get free of all emotions and sentiments.



Yoga Exercises are beneficial for calming and relaxing the nervous system and balancing the spirit ,mind and body.
