Golf franchises can help the passionate sportsman combine their love for the game with a tried and true business system. Still another option may be golf retail outlets, which would sell equipment, accessories, clothing and apparel, and training aids. Whatever type of the many golf franchises one purchases, they can be assured of the advantages that come with buying a franchise.

Purchasing a franchise allows the buyer to take advantage of the experience the management company has already gained by running the business over time. For a fee, which is often substantial, the franchisee is given the right to use the business name, implement the business practices that have proven successful over time, as well as receive training for how to run the golf franchise. With these, the business is built to the specifications that match the others of the company's other businesses, the business or marketing territory formula is established, and the business plan and methods are tried and true. Because starting a business from scratch can be risky and consuming, some people choose to alleviate some of the start-up headaches, and choose the franchise method of conducting business.
