Exercise to Lose the Fat Fast

So you want to know how to lose weight fast? Would you have an epiphany if I told you that you had to diet and exercise? I didn't think so. I'm sure that you have heard that too many times with a lot of vagueness. No one seems to know how to exercise to lose fat (notice I didn't say weight) and retain muscle. No one except the ones who are tired of getting pestered daily with exercise questions. So listen up, take note and get ready to lose weight fast.

Perhaps one of the most important concepts to realize about losing fat is that your metabolism is a powerful tool. This determines how many calories that your body burns throughout the day without additional exercise. You can imagine how important that it is to know how to speed up your metabolism. This is what exercise does, but not all exercise speeds up the metabolism in the same way. Some, such as long, moderate jogging will speed it up during exercise. However, there are other ones that can only require 15 minutes to speed up your metabolism throughout the rest of the day.

Your solution to getting a "turbo-charged" metabolism is High Intensity Interval Training. Without going into too much detail, HIIT is performing a physical activity at around 90-95% of your maximum heart rate. You will only be able to do this for about 15-30 seconds. An example of a HIIT workout is doing a 10-15 30 second sprints with a minute of walking between each set. After that, you can cool down, stretch and finish your workout knowing that you will burn a lot more calories than 45 minutes of jogging.

This type of training is very hard to do. Just like people usually don't squat, people will not do this either. No one wants to work hard but everyone wants the results. Well here is the proven formula, take it or leave it for some miracle pill. Just don't act ignorant when you are not getting the results that you want. This method is proven, so proven in fact that Laval University performed a test to validate HIIT's effectiveness. The results were astonishing - the tested group lost 9x more fat than the control group who performed traditional 30-60 minute moderate exercise.

If you really want fat loss results, then don't waste your time in the gym. Don't waste your resources on pills that do not work. Instead, get your intestinal fortitude and take it to the gym to perform some HIIT. You will burn more total calories throughout the day, conserve and build muscle, and even boost your body's natural growth hormone levels. Now you know why sprinters are a lot more buff than marathon runners even though they both run. Stick to the proven approach.
