Nutrisystem's most frequent complaint is that it is very expensive. However, people fail to understand that the plan replaces every day food expenses. In general, people spend at least $300 per month on food. In some instances people spend much more. The Nutrisystem diet is a food delivery plan. This means that all of your food will be delivered to you. The plan does away with all other expenses related to snacking, fast food, and restaurant eating

The entire amount of food do you need for any given month is purchased from Nutrisystem for one low monthly fee. Likely, you'll be given a discount, which will probably render your food costs even more inexpensive than usual. So as you can see the primary complaint about Nutrisystem, that it is expensive, just does not hold up.

Other complaints about the plan include that the food tastes bad, the food is high in sodium, and that the diet requires you to buy more groceries like fresh fruit and fresh vegetables. Okay, let's examine these complaints. First, some people complain that the food tastes bad. It's a well-known fact that you can't please all the people all the time some people are extremely picky. Nutrisystem has spent years developing its meals. They have crafted meals that the majority of people enjoy and find delicious. There will be those people in the public that you just cannot please. And unfortunately sometimes they are a very vocal minority. That's the case in this instance. By and large most people like 95% or more will enjoy the Nutrisystem food.

The persons who find the Nutrisystem meals disgusting or salty are extraordinarily picky because most likely they are super tasters. So these people clearly do not represent the majority of individuals that will purchase the Nutrisystem plan. As for the last complaint about being surprised because you have to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, this is merely silly. The Nutrisystem diet consists of prepackaged meals. There are no fresh fruits and vegetables included with the plan. In fact the plan tells you up front that you must buy fresh fruits and vegetables to create well-balanced meals.

In conclusion, there are complaints about the Nutrisystem diet but these complaints are subjective and cannot be lessened because of personal taste. The vast majority of people that buy this plan will be very satisfied. And if you understand that the meals are prepackaged and that you must buy fresh fruits and vegetables you won't be disappointed.
